Sarah Kopp
As a fifth-generation Nevada County native, I have deep roots in this community and a
genuine appreciation for the land, history, and lifestyle that make this area so special. My
family’s story dates back to the Gold Rush era, when my great great grandfather
established what became a well known local bakery, laying the foundation for our long
standing connection to the region.
Growing up in Nevada City, I developed a strong connection to the outdoors at an early
age, spending weekends camping, fishing, and exploring the Yuba and surrounding
mountains. That connection continues today and shapes both my personal life and
professional perspective when helping clients find the right property.
I began my career in homebuilding as a superintendent, managing multiple projects from
the ground up. That experience gave me a detailed understanding of construction, land use,
and property value, insight that I now bring to every real estate transaction. Whether
working with land, residential homes, or more complex properties, I focus on helping
clients make informed, confident decisions.
Today, I am committed to providing knowledgeable, straightforward guidance in both
buying and selling. My goal is to be a trusted resource for my clients and to help them
navigate the market with clarity and confidence.
